PATH TO KLAMATH & SERVICE

Shortly after Mike moved to Klamath Falls in 2020, he joined Search & Rescue, and Dive Rescue. He completed EMT coursework at KCC and began volunteering with Rocky Point Fire while preparing for his EMT exam.

ROLE IN ROCKY POINT

Mike currently serves as a seasonal summer firefighter on the OSFM grant. He holds a Wildland Firefighter Type 2 certification, EMT basic certification, and is working toward Firefighter I.

BEYOND THE STATION

Off duty, Mike is usually outdoors—hiking and fishing across Klamath County.
