There  have been a few questions on fire season start/declaration on the  Klamath-Lake District for those that didn’t make it to the Fire Defense  Board meeting last week. 

SWO  ODF (Jackson and Josephine county’s) declared Fire Season as of 12:01  today. Klamath-Lake has yet to declare fire season and will have further  discussions starting  Monday, June 5th. 

So far mother nature has been on our side, and I’ll send a note out / press release after confirmation of start date.
